Jed Hicks
FOUNDER & OWNER
Jed Hicks is the founder and owner of ETC Media, which he started in the summer of 2022 in order to provide more and better digital marketing services to his clients. Outside of managing the team and helping with video editing and design jobs, Jed is student at New Saint Andrew College pursuing a BA in liberal arts. During breaks he enjoys hanging out with his 7 younger siblings.
Lauren Hicks
DESIGNER
Since marrying Jed at the end of 2025, Lauren has been helping ETC Media with graphic design, social media, email campaigns, and general company development. Outside of work, she is wrapping up her degree at New Saint Andrews, and hopes to help educational efforts in her community.
Jonathan Adams
PODCAST PRODUCER & WRITER
A student at New Saint Andrews College, Jonathan Adams joined the ETC team in March of 2025 in order to manage the social media and copywriting. Once an amateur digital LEGO Youtuber, these days he enjoys running, drawing, and writing when he can get around to them.
Ashlyn Drown
SOCIAL MEDIA & EMAIL DESIGNER
Ashlyn Drown joined the ETC Media team in May of 2023, designing a weekly newsletter and managing the socials for her church. Since then, Ashlyn has grown her graphic design and media skills through additional marketing projects. During her free time, Ashlyn enjoys running and hiking around Huntsville and spending time with her family and friends.
